By commissioning me, you are agreeing to the following terms. Please read carefully before placing an order.

GENERAL TERMS
If I feel that I am not the right person to be assigned to a commission request, I will unfortunately decline the request depending on the complexity.I WILL NOT draw HEAVY NSFW artworks, or artworks that involve hate, war or politics.> All commissions are non-refundable the moment we start working on the draft.> Commissions are for Personal Use only unless commercial rights are purchased. (Additional fees apply depending on service.)> My artwork may be used for personal display such as profile pictures, banners, posting on Socials with Credit, or printing for yourself, but may not be used for profit without prior agreement.> AI/NFT use is strictly prohibited. My work may not be used in AI datasets, engines, or minted as NFTs.> I reserve the right to decline commissions outside my abilities or for subjects I will not draw. Base prices are non- negotiable.>I have the right to post commission work with a watermark on social media. Please inform me and discuss the extra cost with me if you do not wish me to publish it.REFERENCE
> Please send a full and clear reference of a character along with a given specific pose idea you would like me to draw. Personality details would help a LOT with the artwork sketching.> Once the commission has been accepted and paid, I will send a sketch, readjustments and changes are allowed. After agreeing with the result, I will continue the art and send a flat color. Changes to the colour base are allowed. Please communicate your thoughts.> I am a Full Time student so please be aware that the commissioned work process may be slowed.Can draw:

- kemonomimi (depicting humans with animal-ears and tails)
- simplified robots/ mechanical human parts WITH Reference (I cannot do overcomplicated mecha designs)

x Heavy topics like war, hate or politicsPAYMENTS & FEES> All payments are upfront in full through the agreed platform.
Payments to proposals should be paid fully within 2 weeks or will be declined.> Refunds are ONLY available if I haven't yet started on your commission.> Please inform me ahead if there is a required deadline and discuss the possible fee with me.> Full price of commission should be paid according to the price displayed through currency exchange. The currency exchange should equal to what is listed in value.> methods of payment, Paypal & Ko-fi only.REVISIONS> Revisions are only available during the sketch phase.> Only 3 rounds of edits for the sketch, Only 3 rounds of edits for colors, Only 3 rounds of edits for the effects. Any additional corrections will be an added fee.> Once sketches are approved, no further changes will be made unless due to an error on my part. Mistakes I make will always be corrected at no cost.DEADLINES AND DELIVERY> Depending on the artwork, queue or personal matters, It may take 1-2 weeks or a month to finish.> I will keep you updated if delays occur.> If you wish to skip the Queue and be Priority, the fee will be $10 USDUSE> The client cannot claim they made or created the commissioned piece. You are not allowed to claim, edit, trace, or copy my commission without permission.> Make sure to give credit if reposting my commission elsewhere. Linking back to me is required when posting commissioned artwork on social media (via a full link or an @).> The client can NOT Remove signatures/watermarks.- Signature Rules: The client is not allowed to remove my signature (either through editing or cropping) from my pieces.- Exception: For icons or banners, written credit (e.g., in bio or about page) is required instead.> Use of my artwork in AI generation/training or AI-related promotional activities is prohibited.> The client cannot mint my art or use it in any blockchain-based technology.> My art cannot be included in any machine learning datasets.INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTSI, the artist, retain all rights to the commissioned artwork. You are purchasing usage rights, not ownership of the artwork of itself.I may use the artwork to:>Promote myself and my services.
>Post on social media and in my portfolio.
> Create prints/merchandise (for fanart commissions only).~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~You (The customer/Buyer):- You may upload the commissioned artwork on any website and social channels with credit to “@_Re1.o “.
- You may not commission art/services using my Design/Work.
- You may not claim the artwork as your own or fail to credit me.
- You may NOT make profits from the commissioned piece (reselling, redistributing, uploading to POD-services, make prints, etc.) unless the commercial option is selected.
- You retain the rights to the intellectual property (IP).As the Artist (me):
- I reserve the right to cancel and refund the order at any time for any reason.
- I retain all copyrights over the commissioned artwork.
- I will NOT claim the intellectual property (IP) of the commissioned artwork.
- I reserve the right to post the commissioned artwork online, in my portfolio as well as in publications such as art books.BLACKLIST POLICY
Breaking these rules may result in a permanent public blacklist (with evidence).The blacklist may be shared with other artists.COMMUNICATION
